We’re committed to delivering reliable service and happy tails—every time. We know that things don’t always go as planned, and our refund policy is designed to be fair, respectful, and rooted in trust.
Satisfaction Comes First
If you’re ever unsatisfied with your service, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means coming back for a re-clean or crediting your account toward a future visit. Our goal is to leave you (and your pup!) feeling great about your experience.

One-Time Cleanups
Payments for one-time cleanups are non-refundable once the service is complete. If there was a concern with the quality of the visit, reach out within 24 hours and we’ll review the situation and do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Recurring Services
We ask for a 30-day written notice to cancel any recurring service plan. This helps us plan routes and staffing, and ensures fairness for all clients.
If you cancel mid-billing cycle, we do not offer refunds for services already billed. However, we’re happy to pause your service and apply any unused credits toward a future restart. Just let us know your preferred timeline and we’ll make the transition smooth and flexible.
Missed Visits Due to Access
If we arrive and can’t access your yard—because of a locked gate, obstructions, or a protective pup—the visit will still be charged. We send reminders to help avoid these situations, but access is the client’s responsibility.

Billing Errors
Think something’s off with a charge? Let us know within 7 days of the transaction. If it’s a mistake on our end, we’ll fix it promptly and make sure you’re taken care of.
